SAWATDII KHA everyone!!! yes!!! I'm back from my trip already!!! haha maybe i shd say my greetings in Chinese instead of Thai coz i went to Taipei not Thailand! hahaha...你们好!!! HAHA!!!

It has been a great trip altho it would have been fantastic if we have gone to the Lavender Forest ( tt's the literal translation from Chinese, 薰衣草森林！）aaarrgghh my greatest regret!!! py, dn and wy went!!! and the pictures they took from there are so gorgegous!!!! waaaahhhh y didnt i join them earlier?? sigh..

alright ..just a quick summary of my trip! im intending to come up with a photoblog really soon! but considering the fact that we took abt 500 photos (all in km's digi cam) and 300+ random shots (my phone), i guess u guys have to wait quite a while na kha? khcc thoot!!! sorry!!!

one thing i learnt from this extremely impromptu free-and-easy trip is the fact that everyone's so significant as a human being! the world is just so huge and i just a tiny ant on the globe! i was so so amazed that im travelling all by myself with kawaii with no clear idea where and what eaxctly we are gg to do while we were there! the most amazing and memorable part of the trip was the day when me and kawaii went to 九份 and 基隆! we didn't have any idea how to get to 九份 and no idea how long the train journey will take but we just asked ard and jumped on board the train (the real train not the MTR!) and off we went to 瑞芳！and the from there we took the bus, 公车 to 九份..we have no idea where to stop so we just got off when everyone got off the bus! haha..all the way up to the mountains! the view's really fantastic and i LOVE the place!!! then after which we went all the way down hill to 基隆 by bus after asking ard for directions! and amazingly we got to 基隆 safely thanks to the help of this kawaii schoolboy! he was so helpful when i asked him for directions! and we managed to get back to Taipei safely by train and the episode still amazes me very much coz 九份 was nv part of our itinerary!

and another thing i learnt is INDEPENDENCE!!! i have never been so far away from home before and i've learnt to ask when in doubt coz we had no idea how to get to places most of the time. and we lived in this really cramped hostel throughout the trip so it's really like backpacking!! btw our room's so cramped that we have only room for one person standing besides the space taken up by the beds!!! but the guy who owns the place is a great guy coz he let us have his room for the 1st night coz we didn't book for the 1st night and there wasn't enuff rooms! im ever so gladful for tt!

One thing i know for such now is that i want to go travelling again!!!! Next Stop will definitely be Thailand!!!! in fact i was thinking abt Thailand and the group of 5 who went for the immersion in Bangkok while i was in Taipei! in fact i was regretting not gg for the immersion with them on the plane!!! haha I don't think I'll ever have a chance to go on immersion trips when i start wking!! sigh!! I had the urge to board the plane with them when i saw them off !!!(coz our flight time is only 1/2 hr difference! same day but mine was at 1pm and theirs 12.30pm)

nevertheless, I'm still gg to go Thailand somehow before i start wking!! In fact, Pei and I are planning over MSN now!!! haha hopefully can get to go during the last wk of June but that will mean that Ben will be back by then! he'll prob kill us if he knows we are going then! haha!!! It'll be fun to go with Pei and hopefully the rest of our grp! watching My Girl, the thai movie our tutor showed us in class, only make me feel like going there more!!! wait for me! Im coming!!!
