was scolded for nothing by a extremely "uncultured woman" at wk today....u c we haf this stupid system tt always shuts down wifout fail  every sat coz the US side of our co is calculating commission for the distributors...Usana's an MLM co...multi-level mkting co...n these dstributors who r cumming to collect their autoships..(which is sth like a auto shipment of their pdts every 4wks..) will not be able to collect after 2pm on sats (although we r open till 4pm)..well, this stupid woman who threw all the faces of all other woman, came angrily n demanded to collect her pdts..but we haf no way to print out the invoice to let her claim her pdts..so she came, cursed n sweared at mi..n i happened to be the damn suay one left coz JL went out to the recept..so i have no choice but to let tt woman swear n curse...mygoodness she's damn uncultured...din realli felt angry wif her though although her curses were all directed at mi...called JL n gt help frm the other new DSR mger...

actually i tink tt's no pt yelling back at these pple...no pt making urself angry n upset over ti spple..serves no purpose..u onli make urself more unhappy...tt's one of JD's philosphy n i tink im catching it myself..hehe...yeah..

was quite surprised to see JD at Heeren wif EL today...knew he's cuming orchard but din expect to bump into him la...anyway he's still damn funny...n i still tink he's not v compatible wif EL sis..coz dey look so diff..frm 2 entire diff worlds....
